About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working for Ventia, providing support to the Airtrain Division at the Brisbane Airport. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to selling of train and attraction tickets, monitoring the platforms, providing information and assistance to travellers.
Initially you will be rostered Monday to Friday, for around 30 hrs per week, across a combination of morning and afternoon shifts. After an initial 3-month period, successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to be upskilled to become a permanent Ventia employee, with increased hours including weekends/ public holidays and overtime.

About You
- Customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- A good attitude towards personal safety and safety of others.
- Up selling experience
- High level of personal presentation
- Availability to work a rotating roster (including early starts, late finishes)
- Must have own transport to get to and from work (outside public transport times)
- You will be required to attend a medical and obtain a National Police Check as part of our recruitment process.
