On behalf of Ventia, we're looking for a Workforce Support Coordinator to join the team. You'll be right at the heart of operations, helping make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Working in a supportive team environment, you'll be arranging travel, keeping training records up to date, maintaining rosters and overseeing the onboarding of new employees.
Based in Perth, this is a casual role offering full-time hours with the opportunity to transition to permanency.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage travel bookings for crew members
- Keep internal systems and documentation up to date
- Manage training records and support compliance requirements
- Provide general administrative support across the operations team
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Experience in administration
- Background in customer service, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics or workforce coordination is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and a great eye for detail
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a hands-on approach
