About the role
Ventia are seeking a temporary Transport Dispatcher role based in Victoria Barracks Southbank.
Day to day you will assist with managing a defence pool vehicle fleet of 24 vehicles, which include range of vehicles such as sedans, people movers & cargo vans.
- Manage all self-drive vehicle bookings for the pool vehicle fleet, including updating the bookings spreadsheet & sending out conformations to customers
- Facilitate the timely collection of vehicle keys & folders by Defence customers between 7:30 & 15:30 Monday to Friday
- Organise all maintenance repairs of Defence pool vehicles both scheduled & ad hoc
- Undertake other admin tasks as reasonably directed
What's on offer
Hourly rate of $32.18 per hour, plus Superannuation. The role is a temporary casual position working between 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday.
About you
- Good customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using SAP application desirable - training & support will be provided
- Have a valid full Australian drivers licence
- Hold a current Victorian drivers accreditation, or be willing to obtain one.
