Your new position

Seeking a Supervisor - Customer Support to lead and inspire a team of Customer Solution Officers to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for delivering the allocated part of the operation within agreed budgets, service levels and business targets.

Role specifics

  • Work closely with the team to provide mentoring, coaching and motivating activities
  • Educate your team to ensure business requirements, contract SLA's, key performance metrics are met and exceeded
  • Identify and ensure training and development plans are maintained
  • Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritise and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs
  • Use company methodology, team input and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved
  • Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies
  • Highlight operational risks and areas for improvement
  • Ensure policies and procedures are being understood at a team and individual level and assist in optimising them where needed
  • Conduct call reviews for employees to identify training gaps and provide guidance and feedback where required
