Senior Intergration Analyst
Location - North Sydney Office, Hybrid Working, Monday-Friday
Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Integration Analyst will play a pivotal role in achieving the Evolve Program's integration objectives. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting robust integration solutions that enable Ventia's transition from ECC6 to S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE) and SuccessFactors.
In this role, the successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators (SIs) and internal teams. They will monitor and coordinate integration development activities performed by SIs, ensuring strict adherence to approved designs, Ventia's quality standards and architectural guidelines. This includes validating deliverables, managing risks and driving issue resolution to maintain project timelines and quality outcomes.
Additionally, the role will provide hands-on guidance for development activities where Ventia retains responsibility. This involves conducting code reviews, planning and overseeing remediation efforts and ensuring compliance with SAP extensibility guidelines and best practices.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Over 7 years of experience in SAP integration, with deep exposure across SAP modules.
- Expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite and Application Interface Framework (AIF).
- Hands-on experience driving SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and integration projects.
- Advanced proficiency in ABAP development concepts, including guiding and reviewing partner deliverables.
- Strong command of SAP integration patterns, best practices, and architectural principles.
- Solid understanding and practical application of SAP Clean Core principles in integration design.
- Proven track record in managing system integrators and third-party vendors on large-scale SAP programs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with clear and effective communication.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP extensibility models and clean core strategies.
Desirable
- Experience with SuccessFactors and cross-platform integration.
- Familiarity with infrastructure, services, or asset-heavy sectors.
- Exposure to SAP SDI and BTP CAP application development.
General Responsibilities
- Coordinate Service Integrators to deliver ECC6 to S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integrations.
- Work with the Integration Manager and Integration Architect to ensure integration patterns and standards are implemented.
- Monitor and validate deliverables for compliance with SAP clean core and minimal customization.
- Review delivered designs and code quality from Service Integrators, escalating issues as needed.
- Ensure adherence to SAP extensibility guidelines and enforce coding best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical queries.
- Support various testing cycles and cutover planning.
- Validate go-live readiness and coordinate post-go-live support with Service Integrators.
- Participate in governance forums (e.g., ARB, DRB, SSB) and provide technical input.
