Join our welcoming accommodation team at the Eldo Hotel in Woomera Village. We're looking for a dynamic receptionist with hotel experience and RMS system proficiency. This is a DIDO role on a 12-9 rotating roster, offering a flat rate of $44/hour.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient check-in/out services for guests and contractors.
- Handle inquiries, reservations, and payments.
- Support end-of-month accounts (training available).
- Maintain a clean, professional reception area.
- Assist with general hotel operations.
- Uphold Defence Base Line Clearance and security protocols.
- Be available for after-hours calls as needed.
Requirements:
- Hotel reception experience.
- RMS system proficiency (essential).
- Australian citizenship (essential).
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (essential).
- Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with OneDrive/SharePoint and DHA programs (highly regarded).
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management.
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
