About the role
Ventia are seeking a temporary Project Coordinator for our position based in Cremorne, Melbourne however would also consider candidates located in Sydney.
Day to day you will be responsible for the timely and dynamic deployment of resources on a proactive basis to ensure multiple and at times conflicting priorities are met.
Additionally, proactive jeopardy management of all work orders across the project is required to ensure service level agreements are met.
* Promoting and maintaining the company's ongoing determination to improve its performance;
* Assist with the creation of an empowered and challenging team culture that delivers outstanding performance.
* Assist with the implementation of change to achieve positive outcomes for the business
* Engage with all peers and stakeholders to ensure a healthy, successful working environment
* Provide guidance and support to less experienced operators
What's on offer
The role is a temporary casual position, Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 16:00pm. Hourly rate dependent on level of Project Coordination and Telco experience.
About You
* Sound computing skills, specifically in the use of the entire MS Office Suite
* An understanding of the operations and maintenance environment in telecommunications technical service centre or utility industry desirable
* Experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all decision levels
* Demonstrated ability in achieving goals and deliver results in a timely manner
* Successful candidate will need for working rights in Australia
* Qualifications in project management or engineering is desirable but not a must
