Location: Looking for NBN supervisors across Brisbane/Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast regions
Start Date: ASAP by December 1
Pay Rate: $45-$50 per hour (based on experience)
Temporary role for 6 months (Monday to Friday) with potential to transition to permanent in the future, based on business needs.
Skout Solutions is looking for 3 NBN Supervisor's to support Ventia's Telecommunications team. This role suits someone with a can do attitude, who is confident in working with contractors and is time effective with solid planning and communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising crew to ensure safe Electrical and Telecommunication work.
- Supervising small projects through to completion, spanning cost control, risk, time and contractor management.
- Ensuring internal staff and contractor compliance, safety standards and quality.
- Maintaining effective record keeping to ensure compliance on CMMS.
- Ensuring effective communication, project execution and relationships across stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- NBN qualifications enabled skills.
- 2+ years of experience supervising/managing contractors within an NBN project
- Ability to communicate with various client stakeholders and field based workers.
- Ability to obtain a police check, medical and have the rights to work full time in Australia.
