Skout Solutions in partnership with Broadspectrum has recently won a contract with the prestigious University Of Sydney, we are seeking a team of HVAC technicians to perform preventative maintenance on air conditioning systems and/or chillers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the maintenance of buildings and assets located in the Greater Sydney region. The workload will be interesting and varied with exposure to different sites and facilities performing routine maintenance checks, emergency repairs and upgrades.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planned preventative maintenance and testing
  • Carry out repairs as directed by Supervisors
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and/or inspections carried out
  • Repair, refurbish or replace defective equipment
  • Maintenance of spare parts and equipment needed
  • Ensure all safety and quality documentation are completed as required
  • Previous chiller experience would be highly regarded

  • Relevant trade experience
  • Trade Qualification and Current Trade Licences
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using smart phone devices and programs
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Valid driver's licence for the state in which the position is based
