The Ventia team at our Defence Base Services site, Anglesea Barracks - Hobart, are in need of reliable, upbeat and responsible people to join the Front of House cohort.

About the Role
Casual hours that vary week to week (approx. 7-21 hours per week)
- $31.32 per hour + penalties
Majority of shifts are evenings, Tuesday-Saturday
Some additional weekend and weekday shifts pending demand
Shifts range from shorter 2-4 hours to longer 6-7 hour shifts
Peak periods (functions, end-of-year events, busier weeks) mean more hours available
Must be consistently available Friday and Saturday nights - our busiest shifts
What We're Looking For
Reliable, flexible and comfortable working in a busy and bustling environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Team-oriented, with a proactive and professional approach
Previous front of house/hospitality experience
- Flexible availability to suit hospitality shifts
