About the Role
We are currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join the team in Adelaide for up to 5 months assignment.
The incumbent for this role will be responsible for the provision of effective and efficient fleet management to Broadspectrum operations throughout Australia.


Fleet Coordinator will work closely with our Fleet Manager and together is responsible for leading the fleet strategy and for sourcing and delivery of fleet vehicles. They will provide advice and guidance to operational teams, and assist in the management and distribution of surplus fleet.
The fleet Manager will closely liaise with vehicle manufacturers, body builders, maintenance providers and leasing companies.


Key Responsibilities/ Core duties will include but are not limited to:
* Manage fleet optimisation strategies and initiatives to ensure savings and enhance value.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective contract relationship management and achieve the most appropriate and desirable outcomes for the organisation.
* Manage demand for new leased fleet assets and key stakeholders.
* Assist with preparation of RFP's and Tender documents.
* Mange lease returns, including unfair wear and tear administration when returning leased fleet and equipment.
* Manage surplus asset transfers and disposals.


Skills and Experiences:
* Sound working knowledge of computerized management systems.
* Knowledge of fleet management principles and practices.
* Understanding of resource planning and scheduling.
* Working in a matrix organization and operating in a team environment.
* Fleet coordination background preferred.
* Competent with use of Microsoft office software.
* Analytical and problem solving skills.
* Listening and influencing ability with key stakeholders in multi-sites and sector environment.
