About the role:
As a Facility and Asset Coordinator, you will be supporting the Facility and Assets Managers (FAMS) to resolve corrective actions reported following site visits and monthly planned maintenance. You will support with both internal Ventia functions and external delivery partners to ensure agreed contract service levels and compliance requirements are met.
This role is Casual full-time contract, ASAP start until end of December, with the potential to extend into January.
Responsibilities:
Customer Delivery & Engagement
- Work with the Site Inspectors and FAM's to ensure required corrective action items are closed out.
- Access & review reporting and analytics to inform advice and recommendations (support).
Operational Performance
- Corrective actions critical follow up & close out.
- Review all non-critical corrective actions & close out in conjunction with site FAM.
- Engage with Engineering team for technical support and advice on corrective action requirements.
- Ensure data is updated to reflect corrective action outcomes.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience (Asset Management, Project Management, Property Management, Real Estate).
- Trade/Business qualifications desired.
- Experience with SAP, PowerBI desired.
- Current drivers licence.
- Cleared police check from within last 6 months.
- Working with Children check.
- Ability to pass online medical.
