Position: Facility Coordinator
Location: AGFMA Health Portfolio
Hours: Flexible - 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
As the Facility Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our facilities maintenance team, supporting our diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve everything from data management and report preparation to being the friendly face that greets our contractors on-site. If variety excites you, this role has it all!
What You'll Do:
- Provide essential onsite support to the AGFMA Health team.
- Maintain up-to-date records and databases for seamless operations.
- Organize meetings and act as a liaison to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Conduct daily audits, oversee contractor compliance, and manage work orders.
- Assist in reporting and compliance activities that keep our operations running smoothly.
- Step in where necessary to cover for team members, ensuring continuity of support.
What We're Looking For:
- Intermediate administrative skills with MS Office and various systems.
- A background in facility management will set you apart.
- Strong communication skills to act as the bridge between departments and external partners.
