Your new role

This diverse and challenging role will see you provide leadership, direction and support to the Customer Support team in a contact centre environment to ensure delivery of overall targets and performance. You'll ensure the delivery of KPIs/targets including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures are met and exceeded. There is opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business as well as provide support to your team.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering and driving best practice within a contact centre environment
  • Current knowledge of contact centre technologies/systems
  • Proven experience working with targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level
  • Demonstrated written communication and IT skills
  • Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level
