Ventia's Transurban Contract is looking for an individual strong in excel and able to pickup systems quickly for a 1-month contract starting either 14/11 or 21/11 correcting data inconsistency, coordinating inventory with what's on the system. Working out of Bowen Hills office this would be ideal for a student studying data analytics or wanting to get experience in Supply chain/warehousing.
About the role
- Conduct stock verification and reconciliation using Inventory Management System (IBM Maximo)
- Perform accurate data entry tasks for bulk inventory data import
- Relocate and reorganise stock within warehouse locations
- Label and tag stock items and bin locations to align with system records
- Assist with storeroom layout improvements
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies
- Collaborate with site supervisors and the Stores Team
About you
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential
- Experience in inventory management or asset control would be preferred byut not essential
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo or similar systems would be preferred byut not essential
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- The ability to work independently across Bowen Hills and Kedron sites after being trained by Supervisor.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
