The role:

Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our customers:

  • Respond professionally to high volume inbound calls from a range of customers, that may be from a low socio-economic background - No outbound or sales calls
  • Monitor work orders to ensure completion within contractual service level agreements
  • Identify and escalate priority cases including high-level complaints
  • Maintain complex databases, spreadsheets and documents

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally similar experience working in contact centre/customer service role
  • Highly desirable if you've worked in insurance, banking, government or dealing with difficult customers/complaints
  • Must be TECH savvy - our systems are complex and you need to confident navigating through multiple systems
