About the role
Ventia (through Skout Solutions) has a requirement for a Contact Centre Agent to join their team. You'll be responsible for undertaking inbound and outbound call resolution, monitoring work order time frames, and following up on and escalating priority issues.
About you:
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Call centre/Trade background
- eg. allocating jobs to contractors, preventative maintenance works
- Monday - Thursday however FT hours are possible
- A great team player who is highly motivated and strives to achieve individual and group results
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
- Availability for 8AM start time
- Experience with the following programs (or ability to learn)
- SharePoint
- TEAMS
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- MS Office Suite
- A motivated and positive attitude
