Postion Description
The People Services Coordinator will support end-to-end delivery of employee lifecycle processes with a focus on onboarding & internal mobility across Australia and New Zealand.

This role ensures operational excellence and compliance within People Services, supporting governance standards
and contributing to a seamless employee experience.

The position is responsible for managing a high-volume service environment, processing an average of 10,000
requests monthly. It involves oversight of complex employment contract scenarios, requiring the application of
over 140 Enterprise Agreements and Awards. Success in this role demands adaptability, attention to detail, and
effective stakeholder engagement within a dynamic and multifaceted business landscape.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate with different stakeholders (Hiring/ Reporting Manager, P&C Business Partner, Payroll Team, Organisational Management Team, Recruitment Team including Operations) to meet the requirements of Ventia's projects/ contracts.
  • Provide advice to stakeholders that supports the team process within People Services
  • Support the Onboarding team with transactional activities across Australia and New Zealand managing Letter of
  • Offer and Pre-employment check requests, Letter of Change in terms and conditions and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is met
  • Collaborate closely with the Onboarding & Mobilisation Lead to review and validate updated remuneration rates using PowerBI dashboards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
  • Own the maintenance and timely update of the Quick Reference Guide (QRG), incorporating changes based on client specifications, legislative updates, and operational needs to support consistent and compliant onboarding practices.
  • Utilise SAP for Organisational Structure and Payroll data to confirm employee data for any business queries and change of employment conditions in accordance with the applicable Industrial Instrument.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Relevant qualification in HR discipline or equivalent work experience
