Position Title: SAP FSM Training & Change Lead
Department: Digital Services
Location: Sydney / Melbourne / Hybrid

Role Purpose
The Training & Change Lead is responsible for coordinating the Training and Change needs of Business units impacted by replacement of Click FSE solution with SAP Field Service management solution. The Training & Change Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Training content
- Coordinate and conduct Training required for the impacted streams
- Perform Change Impact & Effectiveness Assessment
- Provide support required for Business readiness and the change implementation
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Instructional design expertise: Create engaging, role-based self-learning content using adult learning principles and microlearning approaches
- Digital content development skills: Use tools like Articulate 360, WalkMe, and video platforms to build interactive eLearning and simulations
- SAP FSM functional knowledge: Translate FSM processes (scheduling, mobility, workflows) into simple, user-friendly training materials
- Change management capability: Apply frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) to drive adoption through structured training, communication, and user readiness strategies
- Stakeholder collaboration & communication: Work with SMEs and project teams to gather requirements, refine content, and ensure effective learning outcomes

Experience Requirements
