Position - Lifeguard
Location - Puckapunyal Defence Base
Requirement:
Skout Solutions are seeking Lifeguards to work at Puckapunyal Defence Base. Roles are on an ongoing temporary basis. You'll get the opportunity to work around 10-35 hours per week with an attractive hourly rate, with an opportunity for perm.
Lifeguard tasks to include:
- Deal with gym and swimming pool related activities
- Ensure Health & Safety processes are followed at all times by yourself and customers using the facilities
- Provide customer service and administrative related duties
- Checking/using the pool rescue equipment
- Supervising bathers, ensuring they adopt safe water entry and pool area practices
- Checking pool PH levels
Lifeguard certificates:
- Pool lifeguard certificate required
- First Aid certificate
Skills/Experience:
- Able to work well both within a team and on an individual basis
- Flexible and able to work to changing priorities
Due to the nature of the client, Candidates are required to be an Australian Citizen and will have to complete an Australian Federal Police Check and a Pre-Employment Assessment.
