About the role:
You will be supporting the Facility and Asest Managers (FAMS) in the resolution of corrective actions reported following site visits and monthly planned maintenance. You will partner with both internal Ventia functions and external delivery partners to ensure agreed contract service levels and compliance requirements are met.
This role is Casual with the flexibility to work full-time or part-time as you prefer. ASAP start until end of December, with the potential to extend into January.
Responsibilities:
Customer Delivery & Engagement
- Work with the Site Inspectors and FAM's to ensure structured site meetings and inspections where required to close out corrective action items.
- Access & review reporting and analytics to inform advice and recommendations (support).
Operational Performance
Planned maintenance:
- Corrective actions critical follow up & close out (Lead).
- Review all non-critical corrective actions & close out in conjunction with site FAM.
- Engage with Engineering team for technical support and advice on corrective action requirements.
- Ensure data is updated to reflect corrective action outcomes.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Safety & Quality Interactions and DIT Quality Inspections (Lead).
Delivery Partner Engagement & Performance Management
- Subcontractor Identification (Support).
- Sub-contractor performance management (Support).

Requirements:
- Relevant experience (Asset Management, Project Management, Property Management, Real Estate)
- Trade/Business qualifications desired
- Current drivers licence
- Cleared police check from within last 6 months
- Working with Children check
- Ability to pass online medical
