Are you a skilled Mechanical/Structural Maintenance Coordinator who can support our team during a Major Down at the Plate Mill? This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong industrial and construction experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate medium to large maintenance activities
- Write technical specifications, manage tenders, and oversee site execution
- Collaborate on the shutdown schedule using Microsoft Project
- Support work order creation and detailing in SAP
- Ensure safety and efficiency across all maintenance tasks
What we're looking for:
- Mechanical or structural trade/engineering background
- Experience in industrial/construction environments
- Familiarity with BlueScope's SSW system (highly desirable)
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and work collaboratively
