Join Ventia's remote operations team as a Grounds & Transport Operator, where you'll play a key role in maintaining site grounds and operating transport equipment. This hybrid role suits someone hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to work in a dynamic outdoor environment.
What You'll Do:
- Operate mowers, tractors, bobcats, and spray units
- Groundskeeping: mowing, pruning, planting, debris removal
- Manage wildlife incidents and apply herbicides/fertilisers
- Support irrigation, mulching, and gravel installs
- Conduct equipment checks and basic maintenance
What You'll Bring:
- Forklift (FL) Licence
- MR Truck Licence, Chainsaw Cert, ChemCert, First Aid (preferred)
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently
